Virtual Estate Planning
What is it?

First, you schedule a family protection planning meeting.

Second, we send you a link to a confidential questionnaire to complete before the planning meeting. The questionnaire helps us understand your family dynamics, your assets, and your goals to prepare for the planning meeting.

Third, you meet with our attorney via Zoom or Facetime whichever is better for you. At this time you and Nicole will develop a plan that works best for you and your family.

Fourth, after your consultation, Nicole will draft your documents and provide you with a tailored estate plan and a summary of your estate plan to help you understand your documents. You will have time to review the documents, ask questions, and make changes.
​
Lastly, Nicole will send you the final documents and detailed instructions for execution. You will simply print your estate plan, and follow the instructions for proper execution of your documents. It’s as easy as that!
